Stephanie Bruce – Steph set an unofficial road mile PB of 4:35 back in May. We really have no idea what her 400 PB is–it might be the last 400 meters of that mile!
Rory Linkletter – Rory’s mile PB is 4:02.41 from his BYU days. He’s yet to run a mile as a pro. Here’s what we know about his 400 abilities–he claims he can run really fast.

Lauren Paquette – Lauren definitely has the most tangible evidence that she can roll a Mile/400 double since she started her career as a middle-distance runner and has PB’s of 4:09.86 for 1500 meters and 2:02.97 for 800.
Nick Hauger – Let’s just say Nick is dropping down in distance tonight. But he’s fit. And he has a good plan for the 2 x 400 Relay–he’s told Lauren to get him the baton with a big lead.

Kellyn Taylor – Fun Fact: Did you know Kellyn was third at the NCAA Indoor Mile as a senior at Wichita State? No word on her 400 PB, but we’re hearing all three women are going for a sub 60.
Scott Smith – Scott Smith also spent much of his college career as a 1500-meter runner, finishing with a PB of 3:44.28. As a pro, he’s become a marathoner but the sub-4 dream lives on.
SCORING:
The meet will be scored like a high school dual meet but with a modified scoring system. 3 points for 1st, 2 points for second and 1 point for third for the Mile. Doubled for the relay: 6 points for 1st, 4 points for second, 2 points for third.
